How to determine the approximate adult size (one year of age) of a teacup to toy size poodle puppy:  double the weight of a 10 week old puppy plus one-half pound and then double the 12 week weight and see how similar the two weights are.  The poodle puppy has to be healthy and eating well for this weight chart to work. The approximate height is determined at 13 weeks of age using a chart that I have formulated over the years.  My chart works best on the square conformation poodle puppies.

Approximate Adult Weight
5 lbs to 8 lbs/ 9" to 10" (toy)
4 lbs to 5 lbs/ 8" to 9" (tiny toy)
2 lbs to 4 lbs/ under 8"  (teacup)
